Role Overview:
The Communication Specialist will be responsible for crafting and executing a robust communication strategy for our cybersecurity business. This includes regular weekly communications across various social media platforms and our website.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: with a support from senior management, develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that increases our visibility and engagement with our audience, build trust and stimulates lead generation activities.
Content Creation: Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, reports and infographics, speeches, and other marketing materials that communicate the organization's activities, achievements, products, services and new offerings. This role also includes finding and managing freelancers.
Social Media Management: Manage and oversee social media content. This includes planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness and improve marketing efforts. Experience in running marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin is required.
Web Management: Maintain and update the company website regularly, ensuring that the content is always current and relevant. Find and collaborate with third-party publishers to place our content.
Measurement and Analytics: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing reports and actionable insights to the team.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or related field.
Proven experience as a Communications Specialist/Manager or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in UA and EN.
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics.
Experience with social media management.
Understanding of the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
