Key responsibilities:
Sales support:
Reaching out to customers to promote and offer the upcoming training events
Coordination with account managers for offering corporate solutions
Serving as a single point of contact between the customer and finance/legal department regarding the invoices, sales contracts and other formalities
Handling the incoming requests for trainings
Placing purchase orders with our training partners
Overseeing the procurement process
Maintaining CRM records
Training event coordination:
Communication with training event participants (sending welcome letters, receiving organizational inquiries and, if necessary, engaging other colleagues to resolve the matter)
Informing relevant colleagues (finance, tech department and office managers) about the upcoming training events
Support and coordination of the training event
Marketing support:
Performing the communication activities
Maintaining content of the Training Center website
Qualifications:
Client needs-oriented approach
Proven experience in sales (at least 2 years): communication with clients, coordination of the sales process with the finance and legal departments
A proactive, self-motivated individual with results-oriented mindset
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
English proficiency (intermediate level or higher)
It will be an advantage if you have:
Experience in selling training and educational products
Background in IT and Cybersecurity
Experience in marketing and communication activities, such as social media posts
Familiarity with analytical and advertising tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WIX analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
Proficiency in written Polish communication
